Rodeo Clown
Following up from yesterday, my parking lot creative time with some pawns, dice, and a composition book turned into a little board game called "Rodeo Clown".
We are going the the Calgary Stampede this year so rodeo was on my mind. In this game there is a bull, a couple of rodeo clowns, and a number of barrels in an arena.
This is a quirky little game. It's super unique, which I like, but something about the game play isn't quite clicking for me yet. Too weird/different? The major game mechanics a hair too cumbersome?
Time will tell if this concept can be honed into one I want to publish. As of now, it feels like a connoisseur game, not a general public pleaser. Like music and movies, DIY games can come in any flavor.
