This series is from the very limited DKS-09 (9-yrs-old) group of non-fungible-tokens DKS had made for fans/collectors/investors.
I think it's just another way for people to enjoy and support artists. The upside with any early work by DKS is that as they get older and getting more popular, the NFTs may really increase in value. Fingers crossed...college is crazy expensive!
