Chee + Hoo + ! = Take on all da kine all da time!

The shaka is ubiquitous for Pacific islanders. We flash it to each other without giving it a thought. "Chee-Hoo!" is a Samoan cousin of "Bonzai!", "Geronimo!", "Yee-Haw" and "Leroy Jenkins!" as a battle cry and general celebratory exclamation used before, during or after a memorable event. It was popularized in 2016 Disney movie Moana, but was used around Hawaii a long before that.

If you wear this shirt out and about it's just a matter of time until you get a shaka, a smile, and a "Chee-Hoo". Give it back!

VAKA 100

So if it compels you, buy it, wear it, share it and join the VAKA life! Thank you and aloha!

The charity benefiting from this shirt's sales is The Boys & Girls Clubs of Hawaii ( Their mission is " enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens."
