If you have been to Hawaii and not had a legit shave ice, you have not really been to Hawaii. The ice block needs to be cut by a blade and better be snowflake fine to melt in your mouth. The Rainbow is the iconic classic three-flavored combo and you can't go wrong with it, although Coconut-Melona-Lychee with ice cream and azuki beans - is my current personal mix.
